Job Entry - Names & Addresses
Ten categories of address are
created by default. Up to 99 addresses may be
entered for each job. The names and address of
the Customer may be entered in free-type, but may
not be invoices if this is done. Account names
may be accessed by Zip Code and/or phone number,
or via the last button adjacent to the Address
box. Details for each account may be accessed
from the Llist box. The next and previous buttons
allow the other addresses for the job to be
viewed/edited. Clicking the Invoice caption will
allow charges to be added for this customer
unless the address has already been charged.
To enter the customers and other parties involved in the shipment click on the list to select a name and if you need to add new names, select 'new' to add them to your consignment. The names will be added to the database. A blue 'check mark' appears in the icon you were using, this is to remind you which consignment you have entered and completed. Security for Air Freight is now built into Freightdata as an option by clicking the check box as appropriate. |
